Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation / Refund Policy 1. NO SHOW from SOME or ALL guests after the driver has arrived, guests will be charged the FULL COST of the booking. 2. Cancellations made within (6 days or up to 24 hours) of any booking date, guests will be charged the FULL COST of the booking. 3. Cancellations made (7 or more days prior) to a booking date being confirmed, guests will be charged HALF PRICE. B. Last-minute Booking Requests For last-minute bookings, the duration for a taxi request will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes for the taxi driver to arrive at the said location. • If a cancellation takes place while the taxi is on the way, or when the taxi driver has arrived, the guest will be charged FULL PRICE. C. Regular Waiting Fee for All Transfers: • USD 10.00 Every 15 minutes (1 to 4 persons) • USD 25.00 Every 15 minutes (5 to 14 persons) • USD 30.00 Every 15 minutes (Groups of 15 or more) *For ARRIVAL Transfers, these waiting fees will be applied after the 45 min Grace Period*
